Greater Cincinnati Water Works has scheduled a temporary water service interruption starting 8.00 AM on June 28. Water may be unavailable for 4-6 hours due to municipal water system repairs and infrastructure work. This interruption is being performed by the city water utility and is outside hotel control. Guests staying June 27-28 should plan accordingly.

Property is smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, cannabis use, tampering with smoke detectors, unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties in guest rooms are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $150 cleaning or disturbance fee and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Reservations may be charged one night plus tax the day prior to arrival to verify funds and card validity. Reservations with declined, inactive, or invalid payment methods may be canceled without notice. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. The name on the ID must match the name on the credit or debit card used for payment. Guests must be at least 21 years old to check in. Full payment for the stay is collected at check-in. A $150 refundable incidental authorization is required. Releasing unused funds depends on the speed of the banks' processing. Pool access is limited to registered guests only. Accessible roll-in shower rooms are subject to availability. Our front desk and fitness center are open 24 hours a day.
