Property is smoke-free. Smoking, vaping, cannabis use, tampering with smoke detectors, unauthorized pets, excessive noise, or parties in guest rooms are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $150 cleaning or disturbance fee and may lead to immediate removal from the property without refund.

Reservations may be charged one night plus tax the day prior to arrival to verify funds and card validity. Reservations with declined, inactive, or invalid payment methods may be canceled without notice.
