A damage deposit of $300 in debit / cash or $100 in preauthorization in a credit card is required at check in - at the time of check out, if the room has vaping / smoking evidence or damages, the deposit will be forfeited at a minimum of $300.00 which will be charged to the card or taken from the debit/cash.
