A damage deposit of $300 in debit / cash or $100 in preauthorization in a credit card is required at check in - at the time of check out, if the room has vaping / smoking evidence or damages, the deposit will be forfeited at a minimum of $300.00 which will be charged to the card or taken from the debit/cash. Housekeeping service will be every third day of arrival or upon the guest request. Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in. After this time, guests will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's room charge and taxes. This excludes non-cancelable and non-refundable reservations.
