The complete approach to infection prevention includes making tools available to hotel owners, including training from the industry-leading sanitation experts at Ecolab. Additionally, a Commitment to Clean captain is designated at each property to implement enhanced cleanliness best practices.
Our guidance includes using hospital-grade disinfectants approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to combat the spread of COVID-19, particularly in high-traffic areas like meeting spaces.
Flexible meeting room layouts
In many hotels, meeting room layouts can be adjusted to suit your event needs. Flexible layout options may include configurations that promote physical distancing between guests. Guests can opt to limit non-essential items in meeting rooms to facilitate a clutter-free environment.
Food and beverage options
Many hotels feature individually wrapped, pre-packaged food and beverage items as a best practice, as well as non-buffet food options.
Signs may be posted in meeting spaces to outline and encourage safety best practices, such as social distancing and mask requirements.
