To receive SMS text confirmations, pre-arrival notifications, and/or marketing-related text messages, sign in on the Choice Hotels app and turn on “Text me my confirmation” on the checkout page when completing your booking. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by account. For help and customer support information, reply HELP to the text. If you no longer want to receive text confirmations, reply STOP to the text or opt out via your Choice Privileges profile. Our SMS text confirmation service is currently available to customers in the United States for worldwide bookings. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Push notifications on mobile app
To receive push notifications for upcoming stays, you must be a Choice Privileges member and have the Choice Hotels mobile app. Choose the menu option for notification settings and turn on the push notifications that you would like to receive. Don’t have Choice Hotel’s mobile app?
