Check-in times usually fall between 3 and 4 p.m., and checkout times are typically between 10 and 11 a.m. However, these times are at each hotel’s discretion and based on availability. Choice Privileges Elite Status members receive the option of early check-in, late checkout and priority parking (where available).

Your room is guaranteed with a valid credit card, debit card or prepaid card until 7 a.m. the morning after your arrival date. This ensures the hotel is holding your room in case of late arrival. However, if your credit or debit card does not have funds available to pay for the room, the room is subject to cancellation. If you’re going to arrive late, please notify the hotel directly.

It varies among our locations please check directly with hotel as many sites closed their front desk overnight. All Suburban Studios offer around-the-clock guest support from on-site staff. Choice Hotels has over 2,500 pet-friendly hotels. To see if a Suburban Studios accepts pets, look under the Amenities and Policy section in the hotel’s description. Or, when you search for your destination, select the “pet-friendly” amenity filter on the search results page. Hotels that accept pets will appear at the top of the list.

Some hotels charge fees such as pet deposits, a nightly surcharge that ranges from $10 to $75, or a flat rate surcharge. Limitations on breed or size may apply. Please contact the hotel directly to confirm their specific pet policies and pricing.

Every one of our suites has an in room-kitchen complete with appliances (a full-sized refrigerator / freezer, microwave oven, two-burner cooktop) a prep sink, counter space, and cupboards. A small percentage of our hotel suites may not have all these items due to local restrictions. None of our rooms include coffee makers, cooking or dining items. Our hotels encourage you to bring your own kitchen items and they also sell additional kitchen supplies (coffee makers, "Cooking" and "Dining" packs, etc.) at the front desk (available at check-in and during office hours). Most Suburban Studios are conveniently located near stores where additional items can be purchased. Hotel staff can provide you with this information.

We deep clean our rooms, including sanitizing the bedspreads and shower curtains, between every guest stay and every two weeks for extended stay guests. This schedule allows us to keep room pricing so affordable. You will be notified, at check-in, of the day/approximate time of your scheduled cleanings. Want more frequent cleaning or need specific cleaning support? Contact the front desk staff. They can help schedule those services and discuss pricing for the service.

Bed linens and towels are changed during each room's deep cleaning (see cleaning question above for details). Any guest wanting fresh sheets and towels more frequently can use our 24/7 guest laundry room to wash their room linen or can pay a little extra for "Linen Exchange" allowing them to drop towels and sheets at the front desk (during office hours) and receiving fresh linen and towels in return.
